Agreement to Terms

These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement made between you and F.T.R. LLC ("we," "us," or "our"), concerning your access to and use of our website and services.

You agree that by accessing our website and/or services, you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by all of these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with all of these Terms and Conditions, then you are prohibited from using our website and services and you must discontinue use immediately.

Services

F.T.R. LLC provides residential construction and remodeling services, including but not limited to new home construction, multi-family dwellings, home renovations, kitchen and bathroom remodels, additions, and interior finishing work.

All services are subject to a separate written agreement between you and F.T.R. LLC, which will include specific terms regarding scope of work, timeline, payment schedule, and other relevant details.

Estimates and Proposals

Any estimates or proposals provided by F.T.R. LLC are valid for 30 days from the date of issuance, unless otherwise specified. Estimates are based on the information available at the time and may be subject to change if additional information becomes available or if the scope of work changes.

Payment Terms

Payment terms will be outlined in the written agreement for services. Typically, this includes an initial deposit, followed by progress payments at predetermined milestones throughout the project.

Failure to make payments according to the agreed-upon schedule may result in work stoppage, late fees, and/or termination of the agreement.

Changes and Modifications

Any changes or modifications to the agreed-upon scope of work must be documented in writing and approved by both parties. Changes may affect the project timeline and cost, and F.T.R. LLC reserves the right to adjust these accordingly.

Warranties

F.T.R. LLC provides a one-year warranty on all workmanship. This warranty covers defects in construction or installation but does not cover damage resulting from normal wear and tear, improper maintenance, or alterations made by the client or third parties.

Manufacturer warranties for materials and products used in construction are passed on to the client and are subject to the terms and conditions set by the respective manufacturers.

Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of our website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, and software, are the exclusive property of F.T.R. LLC or its licensors and are protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Limitation of Liability

In no event shall F.T.R. LLC, its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use our website or services.

Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless F.T.R. LLC and its licensee and licensors, and their employees, contractors, agents, officers, and directors, from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney's fees), resulting from or arising out of your use and access of our website or services.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and defined following the laws of the State of Connecticut. F.T.R. LLC and yourself irrevocably consent that the courts of Connecticut shall have exclusive jurisdiction to resolve any dispute which may arise in connection with these terms.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms and Conditions on this page and updating the "Last Updated" date. You are advised to review these Terms and Conditions periodically for any changes.
